FOUNDED IN
1834

The manufacture defies time and asserts itself as an institution. In charge since its origins,
the Dandurand dynasty perpetuates, enriches and transmits a unique know-how.

Under the impetus of each generation, that of Raoul then Gaston, Jean-François and Martine, hat making is continually being renewed, making innovation a driving force, crossing eras and styles.
Cornerstone of the manufacture, the cut-and-sewn cap with the Torpédo logo, became a timeless model and was exported to the four corners of the world in the 1970s.

On the eve of the 21st century, Martine, the first woman at the head of the family institution and mother of Wilfried, is embarking on a major shift: that of excellent tailoring and subcontracting for the most prestigious global luxury brands.
Agathe Guilment Dandurand

To collaborate with Agathe is to enter a world full of emotion, know-how and respect. Fifth generation of the Dandurand Dynasty and younger sister of Wilfried, she has been running the hat mill since 2017.

A multilingual tenniswomen and pragmatic leader, she leads each project head-on, driven by a keen sense of duty and an eternal concern for excellence.

Her vocation? To deepen, perpetuate and transmit family expertise, an intangible legacy that has been enriched since 1834. A goal accomplished day after day.
Game, set and match!

savoir-faire

Small, medium or large series, nestled in the heart of Western France, the manufacture has been at the service of the giants of world luxury for over 30 years.

The millinery draws its singularity from different skills such as "bichonnage" and cut and sewn assembly.

Its strength and efficiency are based on a heritage of two hundred years of practices and techniques perfected with each new season.
